Welcome to the Chancellor Crest Subdivision Website!

Chancellor Crest is located in the Lake Meridian area of Kent's East Hill, in the City of Kent, King County, Washington. The subdivision consists of 48 residential lots and starts near the intersection of SE 245th Street and 129th Avenune SE (see Map). This website contains information relevant to homeowners, residents, and friends of Chancellor Crest.

Chancellor Crest was formed in October of 1991 by Centex Real Estate Corporation. Most of the homes in the subdivision were built in the 1991-1993 timeframe. Adjacent to the 121 acre Clark Lake Park, Chancellor Crest is conveniently located southeast of Seattle (approx. 45 minute drive to downtown).

(Lot 3) The Yoon Family's vehicle was vandalized. Their soft top KIA
jeep was broken into sometime after 3 am. The stereo was taken and
interior was badly ripped up. Please notify the Yoon's if you know of
any information.
